And its gotta be eye catching in your closet, when its dark, or even blackout.
I just googling it, and I found some cool glow in the dark outfits, and I would love to share it with you guys.

How to Make Clothes Glow in the Dark
Glow-in-the-dark novelties commonly come in many shapes and sizes, including toys, jewelry and decorations. When it comes to clothing, however, garments with a few glowing patches are easier to find than items that glow all over. Using either glow-in-the-dark powder or fabric paint, you can create your own all-over glow for a one-time event, or cover clothing with patterns of permanent paint as large as you want them to be.
Instructions
Temporary Glowing
- 1Fill the water bottle with a solution made of about a 1/2 tbsp. of glow-in-the-dark powder per 1 c. of water. Add the powder to the bottle first, then pour in the water to avoid losing any powder to the bottom of a separate container.
- 2Cover the bottle with the lid (or your hand) and shake well.
- 3Apply mixture to clothing while you wear it. Spray everywhere you want to glow. Stop frequently to shake the bottle and redistribute the powder in the liquid.
- 4Spray your clothing with hairspray; this will help hold the powder in place once the water evaporates.
- 5Charge up the glow-in-the dark powder by standing in a bright light (preferably sunlight) or by shining a flashlight beam over yourself, letting the light linger for at least 10 seconds at a time in every spot.
- 6Test the clothing. Turn out the lights in the room and check where you're glowing and how much. If you don't see enough glowing, add another layer of spray.
Permanent Glowing
- 7Lay the garment flat on a piece of cardboard and trace around it.
- 8Cut out the cardboard shape; cut about a 1/2 inch inside the tracing line.
- 9Place the cardboard shape inside the garment to protect it and stretch it out.
- 10Paint the garment with fabric paint. To cover large areas of fabric, apply the paint with a sponge.
